COVID-19: Restrictive Measures

Dear clients,

In this period of great uncertainty and as a follow up to our communication earlier this week, we wish to inform you of further steps that we are taking to help flatten the curve of the COVID19 virus while maintaining operations to serve you for your mobility needs. The social distancing guidelines laid out by the government are without a doubt the right approach to help combat the spread of the virus and have reduced the traffic coming through our stores and service repair shops. As such, we have taken the decision to temporarily reduce the size of our workforce while remaining open with basic services to serve you throughout the coming weeks. We want to ensure that our customers have access to their vehicles and can have them serviced or repaired in order to get around safely and efficiently for the duration of this crisis. We believe that this is the best possible approach to continue to serve you while maintaining a safe and secure environment for our staff.

If you have been experiencing symptoms or are in an obligatory quarantine, we would ask you to please not physically visit us in our dealerships. Please call us at 450.766.1666 and we will be able to assist you as best as possible from a distance and help organize for the pick-up and delivery of your vehicle at your residence.

This is a challenging time for our society and our thoughts and actions are geared towards the collective effort that we are all making to quickly rid ourselves of this virus and its impact. Thank you for your attention to this communication and our thoughts are with you and your families.
