Groupe Park Avenue, the Automotive consortium in business for over 55 years, recently unveiled its new business hours and will be open every Saturday from 10AM to 4PM starting Saturday September 6, 2014.
For two years now, the number of car dealerships from the metropolitan area opening on weekends has multiplied and this shift in the industry represents a major challenge. Therefore Groupe Park Avenue’s management team has decided to jump into the mix and extend their business hours.
«Following the trend and rising demand, we have decided to modify our business hours to support our clients’ active life and needs. In the past, some clients had to take a day off to visit us during the week. Thanks to this modified schedule, they will be able to meet one of our advisers and visit our dealerships from Monday to Saturday.» said Norman Hébert, President and Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Park Avenue.
Groupe Park Avenue’s personnel, still and always a priority.
As a major actor in the area, Groupe Park Avenue respond to customer demand but promises that their employees remain at the top of the priority list. « We are well aware that this decision will have a major impact on our employees’ life. They remain the heart of the Groupe which is exactly why our human resources team will present new and optimal conditions of employment which will include two days off a week. We will take all the necessary steps to maximize the positive impact of this change in order to make sure that it translates into a significant increase in the number of units sold», added Norman Hébert in his announcement.
In response to this new, Groupe Park Avenue’s dealerships will close at 6pm on Friday but open from 10AM to 4PM every Saturday starting September 6.
